OK Mold’s sales representative received a phone call from one of our European customers during a weekend, they had some inserts that had a major error in mold parts construction that makes their production line stopped, so they needed these precision mold inserts urgently, after an internal discussion with production manager, we took over the task, to meet the short lead time, colleagues worked overtime and completed this batch of precision qualified inserts in 9 days (with surface treatment applied on parts) , customers was so satisfied with our service and great inserts.
